About the role:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our NSW team, managing our Service sales portfolio. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, you will be working in collaboration with the Operations teams to deliver and ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our clients across the business. A key focus is building a pipeline of Service sales to meet business development and portfolio development targets.

The Package:

  • OTE $170k upwards
  • Up to $90k base + Super + Comms
  • Vehicle allowance $17,000

Key Accountabilities:

  • Relationships negotiating with existing contracted customers
  • Preparation and submission of tenders
  • Contract negotiations
  • Understanding market conditions to identify opportunities to promote Schindler services

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role
  • A track record in delivering consistent outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline
  • Exposure to selling services to property management companies, strata corporations and building owners
  • Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, key influencers and industry experts
  • Strong time management and planning skills
