About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator Team Leader to join the team based in Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative processes for the Perth branch and leading a team of administrators. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for providing direction to your team, delivering on administrative tasks, as well as providing support for facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, promote, motivate, coordinate and direct all support activities in team, to deliver Schindler objectives of customer excellence (internal and external)
  • Ensure allocation and completion of tasking across the team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and champion a culture of continuous improvement and cross-pollination
  • Support the Branch operations to ensure exceptional customer experience and results.

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in an administration Team Leadership role, preferably within a service-based industry
  • Demonstrated customer service or service coordinator experience
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask multiple priorities
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • A desire for growth and to expand your knowledge and skillset
