About the role:
We are seeking an experienced full-time Receptionist / Administrator to join our team based at our head office in Mascot. The primary function of this role is to provide high-quality, front-line representation of Schindler by managing our front office and fielding incoming calls.

- Office location Mascot (moving to new offices in Mascot in 2025)
- 8.30pm - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming phone enquiries
- Reception duties including meeting and greeting of all clients
- Management of office supplies and requirements
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assisting with ad hoc administration and office support duties
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in either Reception, Administration or Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems highly regarded.
- Dedication to customer service with a friendly and positive manner
- A high standard of corporate presentation
- The ability to work autonomously or within a team environment and a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
