About the role?
We are seeking a switched-on administrator to join our team based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. Our administrators help to ensure that our Managers and field staff can be fully effective in the field. You will gather a variety of experience as you hold responsibility for project administration including management of administration requirements, operational support for our Managers and Technicians, dealing with customer enquiries, accounts receivable / payable and WHS, payroll and HR administration management.
As a focal point of communication for the Schindler business you will get to work closely with our field teams and customers using your exceptional customer service skills. You will also work closely with our team of administrators and a variety of stakeholders across the business.
What we are looking for?
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a service or construction-based industry
- Demonstrated customer service or project coordination experience
- Strong attention to detail & an ability to multitask multiple priorities
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems highly regarded
- Good written and verbal communication and the ability to work in a team
- Qualifications (Certificate III or higher) in Business or Accounting/Finance or related discipline
