What is the role?

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Centre based in Alexandria on a part-time basis.

The roster for this role is Friday to Monday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Reporting to the Customer Service Centre Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to receive service requests from customers and efficiently dispatch these requests to our highly trained technicians. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring prompt communication, effective coordination of service activities, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Taking calls and breaking-down requests
  • Logging and dispatching service calls to technicians
  • Providing customers with accurate and timely information regarding job progression

Please note that our Customer Service Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so individuals who are flexible in their work hours (i.e. days, afternoons, nights, weekends, public holidays) are highly regarded. 

What we are looking for?

To be considered for this role, you will have at least one (1) year experience in a high-volume call centre environment or customer service related role, together with:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service etiquette
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
  • Strong keyboard skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to process and communicate technical information
  • Previous experience using SAP is desirable, although not essential
