What You’ll be Doing
- Overseeing the management of a portfolio of retail assets
- Ensuring the centres are managed and operated to the very highest of professional standards
- Maintaining strict adherence to KPIs and Management Agreements
- Overseeing of facilities/operations and risk management
- Preparing and implementing budgets, business plans, and owner reports
- Presenting property performance to key stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate lease and correspondence records
- Controlling operating costs and ensure financial reporting accuracy
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in retail centre management or similar
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong financial management and budgeting expertise
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Retailer-focused approach with a thorough understanding of the Retail Shop Leases Act
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRI software experience is a plus
- Cert IV in Real Estate
