An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to join Savills, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail assets across Brisbane. What You’ll be Doing

• Overseeing the management of a portfolio of retail assets
• Ensuring the centres are managed and operated to the very highest of professional standards
• Maintaining strict adherence to KPIs and Management Agreements
• Overseeing of facilities/operations and risk management
• Preparing and implementing budgets, business plans, and owner reports
• Presenting property performance to key stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate lease and correspondence records
• Controlling operating costs and ensure financial reporting accuracy

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in retail centre management or similar
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong financial management and budgeting expertise
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Retailer-focused approach with a thorough understanding of the Retail Shop Leases Act
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRI software experience is a plus
• Cert IV in Real Estate
