Savills has an opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Administration Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of Coolalinga Central Shopping Centre on a maternity leave contract. Based onsite, this role provides key administrative support to the Centre Manager, liaises with retailers and contractors, manages accounts and lease administration, and ensures smooth office and WHS processes. It’s an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well‑managed retail asset with a global property services leader.
What You’ll be Doing
- Providing administrative support to the Centre Manager across day‑to‑day operations
- Liaising with retailers, contractors and stakeholders to support centre operations
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with WHS incident reporting and compliance
- Supporting lease administration and maintenance of tenant records
- Managing creditor setup, invoices and supplier relationships
- Reporting to and communicating with External stakeholders
- Managing and invoicing Casual Mall Licences
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated previous administrative experience, real estate industry highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Strong retailer focus
- The ability to work independently and initiative to drive personal productivity
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
