Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the seamless operation of a prominent mixed-use property. Joining the Savills Asset Management team in Adelaide, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and high-performing environment where your expertise in finance and lease administration will have a tangible impact.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Accounts Payable Administration: Ensure accurate, timely processing and coding of supplier invoices, including managing approvals and maintaining complete records.
  • Payment Processing: Run and monitor payments to ensure vendors are paid correctly and on time, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Reconciliations and Financial Accuracy: Perform reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all financial data is accurate and properly recorded.
  • Compliance and Audit Support: Maintain compliance with policies and controls, keep records audit-ready, and support audit requirements.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving invoice and payment issues efficiently.
  • Financial Support: Monitor budgets, assist with financial analysis, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate with the finance team to support AP/AR processes and maintain data integrity.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a Finance Administration or an Accounts Clerk role.
  • Property experience preferred however not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Proficiency with Yardi or equivalent property management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple deadlines and maintain data integrity.
