ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, supporting contract management, insurance administration, and commercial processes across multiple portfolios. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless processes and accurate documentation, while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial operations.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy engaging with diverse stakeholders, and have a curiosity to understand the “why” behind processes, this role is for you!
Duties will include:
- Contract Management: Maintain and update contract registers, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Insurance Administration: Assist with insurance administration, renewals, and maintaining essential documentation.
- Process Coordination: Handle data entry, review documents, and ensure accuracy in processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks, provide guidance on processes, and act as a point of contact for queries.
- General Administration: Manage a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and organisational needs.
Keen to get involved? You will need some of the following:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Curiosity and critical thinking to understand the purpose behind processes is very important, not just following steps.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and mentor stakeholders across different business units
- Adaptability to navigate organisational changes and handle a high volume of requests as operational needs arise.
- Proven ability to learn and navigate new systems and processes quickly.
- Knowledge or experience in contract management, insurance administration, or commercial operations is advantageous.
Don’t meet every requirement? Don’t worry, we’d still love to hear from you!
