We're seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our supportive and forward-thinking team, as a crucial part in supporting our customer's complex enterprise and device ecosystem - Open to considering this full-time, permanent role at either Collingwood (VIC) or Mascot (NSW) working hybrid between the office location and home.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of devices and applications across this iconic organisation. You will work with a range of technologies to support both Apple and Android devices, including 12,000 devices managed through Intune MDM, as well as 1,500 critical operational devices (Zebra) managed through AirWatch.

Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:

• Proven experience with tools such as Intune, AirWatch, and Arbor XR for managing and supporting devices throughout their lifecycle, including setup, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
• Strong background in managing devices using AutoPatch and AutoPilot, ensuring seamless operation of Windows 10/11 and other applications within a Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
• Experience in providing technical support to optimise user productivity, quickly resolving issues to ensure smooth device and system performance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement security policies and best practices, ensuring devices are properly managed and secure.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of providing clear and responsive support to end users; willingness to offer after-hours or on-call support when required.
