 THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for an Incident Manager to join our Federal Government customer account within the SIAM Service Management team. You'll be working closely with both customer and service delivery teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

This is a business hours-based role with no roster requirements, offering flexibility to mix office and remote work. You'll lead daily operations with the process team, ensuring the seamless integration of Incident Management practices. Additionally, you'll oversee, govern, and continually improve these processes across multiple stakeholders and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage escalations within the incident practice areas, supported by our broader SIAM ecosystem.
  • Lead monthly forums and chair meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Oversee the daily operational management of tasks within the incident process team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hold Active/Current high level Federal Government Clearance
  • Experience with Incident Management frameworks and a strong understanding of SIAM methodologies, principles, and practices.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, particularly senior/executive management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A collaborative team mentality, supporting new practice groups and fostering knowledge sharing.
