About the opportunity 

Kinetic IT is offering an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage a high-profile account where you would be co-located with our customer and responsible for a team of 200 staff supporting all components of a complex IT environment spread over 800 sites.
This role is pivotal in fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring strategic alignment, and delivering the future vision for one of our most influential accounts. With a high level of delegated authority you will be operating within a dynamic and complex commercial environment, this position is integral to the continued success of our business.

• Provide visionary leadership for the account, setting the tone and aligning objectives with a strategic focus.
• Be a leading contributor of collaborative relationships and connection across the organisation leading cultural transformation efforts that directly influence organizational agility and innovative service delivery.
• Shape and govern the strategic direction of our multivendor ecosystem, ensuring seamless, integrated service delivery that consistently meets and anticipates the client’s evolving needs.
• Be responsible for the commercial and financial performance across contracted services, partners and sub-contractors.
• Proactively engage with executive stakeholders to influence strategic decisions, shape growth opportunities, and position the account as a benchmark for future service delivery.
