About the Opportunity

As a Team Leader, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to oversee a skilled team responsible for delivering IT services to our valued customers. The team operates across two distinct disciplines – SOE and end-user services

Your key responsibilities include:

• offering support for technical escalations
• cultivating a culture of high-performance customer service and
• actively participating in team mentoring and knowledge enhancement.

A significant part of your daily responsibilities will involve identifying and fulfilling each team's specific needs, ensuring the establishment of a strong operational foundation across all three areas.

Whilst this role will work within customer site systems with training provided, your experience across Technical Support delivery would be highly regarded.

• Ability to lead and support a team with their day-to-day engagements of tasks
• Personalised approach to support a diverse team, for both escalation and mentorship
• Knowledge working directly with customers in a vendor-customer relationship (SLA’s)
• Understanding of ITIL service management highly regarded
• Ability to understand SCRUM/Spring Planning highly regarded
