Keen to get involved? You'll just need some of the following...

• Hands-on experience in supporting Citrix environments with a focus on environments with >1,000 concurrent users, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
• Experience deploying, updating, and maintaining Citrix applications, contributing to ongoing improvements and ensuring system stability.
• Proficient in Citrix StoreFront, Cloud Connectors, ControlUp, and NetScaler (Citrix ADC) for day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Citrix environment management, with a focus on securing the environment, managing worker servers and golden images to minimize vulnerabilities.
• Administering Citrix environments, including managing printing services, session performance, and system availability for end users.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory in enterprise environments, focusing on system health and user management.
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and collaborate on implementing solutions to enhance the Citrix environment's functionality.
• Familiarity with Imprivata and iGel technologies is advantageous, contributing to the integration and management of endpoint solutions in Citrix environments.
• Ability and availability to participate in a rotating on-call roster (every 3-4 weeks), providing after-hours support as required.

Certifications:

• Citrix certifications:
  • Citrix Certified Associate (CCA), Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) and/or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE)
