ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Kinetic IT is on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a strategic partner to the business, you will be partnering with Executives and Senior Leaders of Kinetic IT to shape, implement, and support our People Strategy alongside Kinetic IT’s business objectives. As part of our talented team, you will contribute to or lead a wide range of projects and initiatives to drive change and continuous improvement. As an independent specialist, you will be collaborating with teams across the People & Community (P&C) business unit to ensure we are delivering a seamless, consistent, and valuable people-focused experience to our crew.

ABOUT YOU

You bring valuable experience in driving impactful people strategies that fuel workplace growth, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You have played a key role in shaping strategic transformations that accelerate business success, leveraging data-centric insights to influence decisions. With a genuine passion for the well-being and success of the organisation and its crew.

Day to day your duties will include:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Executives and Senior Leaders to drive successful business results.
• Partner with Executives and senior leaders to provide expert HR consulting and support with the objective of building the culture and capability of the organisation to deliver high performance.
• Align people strategies with business objectives and deliver the people agenda.
• Work with the leaders and deliver an organisational architecture that is aligned to strategy and optimises efficiency in layers of management, spans of control and design.
• Lead people change initiatives in the business unit/s.
• Analyse internal and external trends and people data to generate actionable insights.
• Partner with the business to meet current and future talent needs.
• Aligning P&C efforts with business priorities and communicating key programs and initiatives being delivered out of P&C.
• Work collaboratively with the Shared services/HR Advisory and L&D, Employee Engagement teams to broker effective solutions into the business and to deliver a seamless, consistent and value-adding people experience.
• Identify, recommend and implement HR Policy and process improvements. 
• Provide business specific insights to inform program design and development.
