About the Role

We are currently seeking a Process Manager to join our team in a permanent, full-time position based at our customer site in Melbourne or the ACT. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with the flexibility to work from home.

As the Process Manager you will utilise your ITSM knowledge along with your Change Management experience to compliment best practice framework and methodologies in providing continuous service and process improvements across the board. Your key deliverables will be underpinned by your certification in ITIL and demonstrated success in a process related role within the IT Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the Change Management process, ensuring controlled and efficient implementation of changes
  • Drive continuous service and process improvement initiatives across IT functions
  • Apply best practice frameworks and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align IT processes with business objectives
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate process documentation, including procedures, workflows, and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external standards
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing to promote process awareness and adherence

We will require a candidate to have

  • Current minimum Government Clearance
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management roles
  • Significant background in Change Management
  • Strong understanding of Service Management frameworks and ITIL methodologies
  • Ability to apply and interpret best practice policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • SIAM Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • ITIL CDS certification
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with customers

*Please Note: The successful candidate must be available for on-call responsibilities (7am–6pm on a rotating roster) and maintain a minimum of 60% in-office presence
