About the role:

Are you passionate about designing smart, effective processes that drive real impact? At Kinetic IT, we're looking for a skilled Process Specialist to lead the development of a transition-to-support plan for a major program of work on a max term contract until end of March 2026. 

About You:

At Kinetic IT, people are our greatest asset, and we are seeking an experienced Process Specialist to lead transition-to-support planning for a major program of work. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and address potential transition challenges. With a strong background in similar roles, you will confidently own the development and rollout of a transition plan that delivers real value and exceeds service expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

• Experience managing transitions from program delivery to operational support, ideally in complex service environments.
• Proven experience in business or process design within large-scale programs or environments.
• Stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across diverse groups.
• Vendor management experience, including alignment of deliverables and planning in partnership with external providers.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including the creation of process artefacts and transition documentation.
• ITIL process management experience.
