ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Network Technical Specialist within a wider dynamic Technical Project Services team in a hybrid role (WFH & onsite), supporting both internal IT and project delivery environments, including work across customer and Kinetic IT sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced networking professional to step into a lead role, providing technical direction, hands-on support, and mentoring within a collaborative, enterprise-scale IT environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deploying, configuring, testing and maintaining F5, Check Point, and Cisco network solutions
• Applying your expertise in SD-WAN, LAN, routing, switching, and gateway/firewall services
• Working with protocols including QoS, NTP, STP, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, and more
• Configuring a range of Cisco technologies such as ACI, ISE, WLC, ISR, etc.
• Conducting log analysis, developing data visualisations, and generating reports
• Leading by example through technical guidance, mentoring, and training to uplift team capability
• Collaborating with security and engineering teams to maintain strong controls, service levels, and compliance with governance standards
• Creating clear documentation and knowledge content, with occasional travel for on-site configuration and troubleshooting
