ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re offering a limited number of 12-month traineeships for motivated individuals looking to get a foot in the door of the IT industry. This is a Monday to Friday role (no shift work or overnight hours), designed to help you build foundational IT skills while providing exceptional support to users.

As a trainee, your duties will include:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues with guidance and training
• Log and track service requests using our systems
• Learn to collaborate with technical teams and external service providers
• Help maintain and update knowledge-based articles

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bring a passion for delivering great customer service
• Are team players who stay calm under pressure
• Are available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Do not hold an existing qualification in IT – this opportunity is ideal for someone new to the industry

Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential. More than anything, we value your willingness to learn and grow.
