ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for part-time Service Desk Technicians to join our team in an on-site position based in Darwin.

In this role, you’ll provide first-level technical support and act as the first point of contact for users seeking assistance via phone or email. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering 19 hours per week, with flexible shift times between 7:30am and 5:00pm.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service remotely
  • Remotely troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Logging jobs and escalating to cross-functional teams
  • Collaborating with other vendors and service providers
  • Publishing and reviewing knowledge-based articles.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Experience in a customer-centric role
  • Top notch communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Passion for working in a team
  • Ability to stay cool, even when under pressure
  • Ability to work part-time across weekdays
  • Experience working in a service desk environment (desirable but not essential)
