About The Role

Be part of our growing team! We’re looking for Senior Service Desk Technicians playing part in delivering Kinetic IT’s award-winning customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our users seeking assistance over the phone or via email.

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of a high-level of customer service and level 2 troubleshooting across face-to-face and remote support
• Ability to prioritise requests, with strong documentation skills into ticket resolution
• Sharing lessons learned and process improvements with your wider national team
• Conducting yourself confidently under pressure, escalating to cross functional teams as required
• Configuration and deployment of end user devices and management of asset configuration items

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience in a desktop support, field services, or senior service desk role
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 issues across a range of hardware and software environments
• A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and remote support tools
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong time management skills with a knack for prioritising tasks in a dynamic environment
• A willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
