About The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating ServiceNow enhancements that deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Snapshot of duties/areas of expertise:
• Gathering and Translating Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, requestors, and business owners, to gather and understand their business needs. Translate these requirements into actionable technical enhancements that drive customer value.
• ServiceNow Enhancements: Take charge of small to moderate enhancements of existing functionality, create or amend standard request items and workflows, and implement new ServiceNow features. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing ServiceNow to meet evolving business demands.
• Autonomous and Collaborative Work: Showcase your ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful outcomes. At the same time, thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to collective success and knowledge sharing.
What you’ll bring to the table:
The successful prospect will demonstrate:
• Demonstrable Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a technology-driven environment. Showcase your achievements and successful outcomes in facilitating ServiceNow enhancements.
• AGILE or SCRUM Experience: Familiarity with AGILE or SCRUM methodologies is highly desired. Certification in AGILE or SCRUM is considered a valuable asset, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong Documentation, Communication, and Business Engagement Skills: As a Business Analyst, you must excel in documenting requirements, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and engaging with business users to understand their needs thoroughly.
• Customer Focus: Your ability to engage with customers is vital in understanding their unique requirements and translating them into technical enhancements. Strive to deliver exceptional value and exceed customer expectations.
