As a Service Delivery Manager in the federal government customer account, you’ll lead high-performing teams, build strong stakeholder relationships across ITSM and SIAM practices, and manage relationships at a senior stakeholder level.
Responsible for leading the delivery of agreed services and ensuring team engagement, growth, and wellbeing, your ability to interpret data and deliver insight-led decisions will be key.
This is a hybrid role, with time split between the customer site in Docklands (VIC) and working from home. You’ll stay closely connected to service operations and be available to support the team and customer during peak period, while holding responsibilities such as;
- Providing strategic and operational leadership across services including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, Availability, and Event Management.
- Interpret and leverage ServiceNow data to drive decisions, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing service performance against SLAs and KPIs, and identify opportunities for CSI and innovation.
- Overseeing team operating models to ensure alignment with customer needs and business strategy.
- Collaborating across accounts and stay connected with industry trends to support diversified growth.

- A current Australian Federal Government Security Clearance.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, especially at senior stakeholder level.
- ITIL certification with sound knowledge of SIAM & ITSM practices and frameworks.
- Experience using ServiceNow with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- A passion for team development, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
