As Kinetic IT’s Strategic Partnerships Growth Lead, you will own a high-impact, revenue-focused sales portfolio centred on strategic vendor alliances. While based in Sydney, you’ll work nationally to build a high-quality pipeline, drive partner-sourced sales, and create mutual success with our key technology partners.
This is a pivotal sales role – you’ll be accountable for unlocking new revenue streams, expanding our market footprint, and delivering tangible client value through outcome-driven, partner enabled relationships.
Your focus will include:
- Identify and onboard strategic vendor partners, with an initial deep focus on a select number of technology partners.
- Integrate our sales engine with partner teams to source, qualify, and convert joint opportunities into significant revenue
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies to boost adoption, brand visibility, and sales results.
- Represent our partners as their dedicated sales lead within Kinetic IT, ensuring their success in the market.
- Track performance via partner pipeline, direct partner revenue and attached services sales.
- Scale impact through joint solution development, training, and co-marketing initiatives.

This is not a traditional partner management position. You will be a sales leader in the partner ecosystem – measured on results, not just relationships.
To ensure your success, we look for your strong drive and determination to deliver, along with:
- A proven track record in sales and pipeline development.
- Demonstrated success in converting partner-sourced opportunities into major revenue, including licenses and services.
- Experience with ServiceNow and/or Fortinet (highly desirable).
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite, sales, and technical stakeholders.
- Established network in the ICT sector.
