About The Role
We’re looking for a experienced motivated Service Desk Technician to join our Kinetic IT team until April 2026! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 6–12 months of IT experience who’s ready to hit the ground running.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team providing 1st level support and acting as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, and in person. This is an onsite role, where you’ll also provide face-to-face support through our walk-up tech bar.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service both remotely and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Log and manage support tickets, escalating to cross-functional teams when required
- Collaborate with other vendors and service providers to ensure seamless support
- Publishing and reviewing knowledge articles
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Previous experience in IT support and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Initiative, a passion for learning, and the ability to think on your feet to solve problem
