A new opportunity has opened for a ServiceNow Developer to join Kinetic IT's national Service Automation Practice.  This is a permanent, full-time position offering a flexible split between the office and working from home.  We are happy to accept applications from candidates based anywhere in Australia.

Working to build and develop successful application solutions as part of a wider national team, enhancing our customers' operational efficiency and service delivery with ServiceNow.

You'll collaborate with technical experts to lead complex integrations and implementations, while also applying your skills to ITSM, ITOM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on development and implementation of new integrations, manage enhancements to existing, and oversee platform upgrades, updates, and patching.
• Translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions using our business standards and methodologies.
• Manage project items, including business-as-usual (BAU) activities, scoping continuous service improvement (CSI), and functional and automated testing.

About You

You're a ServiceNow professional bringing a strong drive and focus within the team, open to sharing and collaborating with stakeholders and customers to delivery best class service. For further consideration for this role we will look for you to have;

• Current Australian Citizenship, to gain required government security clearances.
• ServiceNow Administration (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD) certifications
• Gained additional relevant micro certifications, such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery and/or CIS-Data Foundations
• Experience in a range of enterprise environments with varying complexity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
