About The Role
Are you organised adaptable and resilient ? Kinetic IT are looking for a forward thinking autonomous individual provide Corporate Governance Coordination, this role provides administrative support to the Company Secretary and Head of Legal Advisory & Assurance, assisting in the coordination of Board, Shareholder and governance-related activities across the business.
Responsibilities will include:
• Schedule and coordinate Board and Committee meetings and agendas.
• Prepare Board materials, governance reports and management packs.
• Support shareholder relations including AGM coordination, monthly updates and report distribution.
• Prepare notices, resolutions and meeting papers for shareholder meetings.
• Update governance policies, guidelines and codes of conduct.
• Provide administrative support for governance projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate the annual governance calendar including evaluations, policy reviews and compliance reporting.
• Assist with ASIC filing preparation and submissions.
• Support Strategic Finance and Financial Assurance with performance and statutory reporting.
• Compile training materials to build governance awareness.
• Manage governance-related inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the corporate governance framework.
What you’ll bring to the table:
• Administration / coordinator experience
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Ability to feel comfortable in a board setting – input in to reports etc and being confident to present if needed
