About The Role
Join our team as an HR Administrator to join our People Support Services team (Fixed-Term Contract until the end of June 2027)
This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and customer service skills who is looking to start or grow their career in a corporate environment. This role is perfect for someone with admin experience or anyone looking to step into their first corporate role, gaining hands-on experience while supporting a busy People & Culture team.
Based at our Head Office in Perth, this full-time fixed-term role offers hybrid working options and the chance to gain valuable experience working within a busy and supportive team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Keeping employee records up to date through data entry and system updates
- Preparing letters, forms, and documents using templates
- Assisting with new starter paperwork and employee changes
- Responding to general enquiries about forms, processes, and requests
- Managing shared team in boxes and ensuring queries are responded to promptly
- Supporting training requests and tracking course completions
- Helping maintain team guides and work instructions
- Assisting with team projects, initiatives, and events
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident communication and the ability to respond to enquiries professionally
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous administration or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
