About The Role
Join Kinetic IT as a Strategic Client Partner for New South Wales, Queensland and Northern Territory. This is a senior sales role focused on driving growth across managed services, projects and professional services. You will build and convert pipeline within existing clients, win new business across defined target accounts, and own opportunities end‑to‑end from pursuit through to close.
You will also focus on developing and executing sales strategies to drive market growth, while building long‑term, high value customer relationships and shaping multi‑year plans to expand our footprint across existing and emerging markets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue across managed services, projects and professional services.
- Grow existing accounts and unlock new opportunities across a defined target list.
- Lead complex deals end‑to‑end, from qualification and bids to commercial negotiation and close.
- Build trusted, executive level relationships across government and critical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Account Directors, pre‑sales, partners and executives to win strategic work.
- Represent Kinetic IT with customers, partners and industry bodies to strengthen market presence.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Enterprise IT services sales experience, ideally within state government and/or critical infrastructure.
- Proven success closing complex, high value deals across managed services, projects and professional services.
- Consultative, solution led seller, trusted to engage senior stakeholders and deliver long term outcomes.
- Strong pipeline builder, across strategic existing accounts and targeted new acquisition.
- Commercially astute and collaborative, owning pipeline progression while partnering closely with Account Directors.
