Kinetic IT is looking for two proactive Process Coordinators to join a growing State Government account in Perth. This is a brilliant opportunity for a dedicated professional to immerse themselves in IT Service Management and Delivery and grow alongside the account. These are permanent, full-time onsite positions commencing in June 2026.
As a Process Coordinator, you will take ownership IT Process functions, bridging the gap between technical delivery to facilitate a culture of continuous service improvement.
Bringing your confidence to work independently and with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate the integration and daily operation of core ITSM processes like incident, problem, knowledge, change and requests.
Keen to get involved? You'll just need the following:
- Hold Current Australian Citizenship, with the ability to gain Government level security clearances.
- Proven understanding in key ITIL processes, with the ability to actively seek, manage, and complete CSI and innovation tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Experience in supporting and collaborating with key stakeholders and Process Managers to enable the seamless execution of relevant processes applicable to the business unit.
- Strong capability in documentation and clear written communication, developing and updating process guides, work instructions, and procedural documents for a diverse audience.
- Ability to work in collaborative approach, providing status updates on work tasks, a proactive attitude and a commitment to diligently applying lessons learned to improve service management and crew practices.
