We are seeking an Account Director to lead one of Kinetic IT’s flagship enterprise customer partnerships, based in Mascot, Sydney. This senior role carries executive visibility, strategic account ownership and the opportunity to realise growth across a significant customer environment.

You will bring commercial maturity, executive presence and trusted customer leadership to shape account strategy, strengthen senior relationships, manage governance, risk and escalations, and realise growth through renewals, service uplifts, new opportunities and broader account expansion.
About You
This role suits a commercially astute, customer-first leader who has operated at executive levels across complex enterprise environments. You will bring confidence, authenticity and a growth-focused mindset, with the credibility to represent Kinetic IT at executive level while challenging the status quo and staying close to the delivery teams and customer outcomes that underpin success.
Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:
- Senior ownership of IT service outcomes across a complex, high-value enterprise customer account, ideally in a MSP/outsourcing environment
- Executive presence and credibility in C-suite environments, with the ability to influence through complexity, change and commercial decision-making
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L ownership, commercial governance and growth across a complex, enterprise-scale customer environment
- Proven people leadership, with the ability to build, coach and lead leaders while aligning teams to customer outcomes, service performance and account growth
- Ability to travel interstate for customer site engagements
- Ability to gain an ASIC (Aviation Security) Check
