About the opportunity:
Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major Workday implementation within a complex enterprise environment. This role is responsible for leading end‑to‑end change across the full implementation lifecycle — from mobilisation and design through to go‑live and stabilisation.
You’ll work closely with program leaders, technical delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday is implemented and adopted successfully, with changes embedded into day‑to‑day ways of working. you’ll be accountable for change delivery, including change readiness and supporting crew to to confidently operate in the new future state.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and lead the end‑to‑end change approach for the Workday implementation, aligned to the program delivery plan and milestones.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across roles, processes, and behaviours
- Develop Change Management plan to manage impacts and mitigate change risks to effectively implement and embed changes
- Work closely with Program team, including Executive Sponsor, business SMEs, people leaders and crew
- Responsible for communication, engagement and training activities to build the knowledge and skills uplift
- Work with SMEs and delivery teams to map end‑to‑end business workflows, including how work is performed both within and outside the Workday system.
- Measure change effectiveness including tracking readiness and adoption adjusting change activities as required
About you:
- You’re a self-driven Change Manager who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring people along the change journey. You’ve got:
- Proven experience planning and delivering organisational change for enterprise system implementations, ideally SaaS or ERP platforms such as Workday.
- Strong end‑to‑end change capability across strategy, impact assessment, planning and change management delivery
- Experience working within large, complex delivery environments alongside program managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable designing and leading training and communications activities as part of broader change delivery
- Sound working knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci or similar preferred).
