About the Role
We are currently looking for a Clinical Assistant to join our team and work across all metro sites. You will be expected to provide the highest standard of service to our patients and Radiologists.
As a Clinical Assistant , you will have a genuine interest in the medical imaging industry that would enjoy the exposure to radiology. A Clinical Assistant supports the radiology team, you will need to have a highly motivated attitude and a strong focus on patient care to work in team environment.
You will have
- Assisting Radiologists and health professionals to conduct procedures in Ultrasound, CT and MRI
- Validating patient consents
- Cannulation of patients and undertaking all pathology requirements
- Cleaning to maintain high level of health standards in the department
- Provide a high standard of care and service to our patients and radiologists
- Ensure Workplace Health and Safety practices are understood and observed at all times in the workplace.
- Sound knowledge and application for post procedure care, recovery and discharge.
- Assistance in the performance of Medical Imaging procedures.
