Job Description:
Assist the Director of Strength and Conditioning with the design and implement the strength and conditioning program for all teams except football. Monitor and document workouts to ensure student athlete safety and health.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience/licensing:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years as collegiate strength and conditioning coach, preferably at Div 1 level
• Current, valid Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Associate Certification
Communication and other skills:
• Regular communication with coaches, sports medicine staff
• Supervise and develop staff
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of training and lifting exercises per NCAA guidelines
• Adherence to NCAA , MAC and UT policies and regulations
