Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing a broad range of budgetary and analytical duties for Athletics Administration which include functions involving processing of billings; payment of invoices, maintenance of related databases, including setting up tables, creating queries and reports; developing spreadsheets in Excel, including pivot tables; coordination of fund transfers; and development of cost studies, business process reviews, and other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in collegiate athletics or higher education.
•Knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance considerations.
