Job Description:
This position will be responsible in supporting the administrative research enterprise and provide dedicated program management for a large-scale, federally funded research grant within the Office of Research. The role ensures the successful administrative execution of the project by overseeing post-award compliance, tracking project milestones, and supporting the Principal Investigator (PI) with reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, or a related field required. Applicable work experience will be considered in lieu of education (4+ years).
• Exceptional organizational skills, including being detail-oriented and having the ability to keep organized and accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to act as an effective liaison.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, and ability to work well with staff of all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree (Preferred) in business administration, public administration, accounting, or a related field.
Experience working in research administration, program management, or grants accounting in an academic institution preferred.
