Job Description:

This position will assist the Office of Student Financial Aid which serves both prospective and continuing students at the University of Toledo. This position will process scholarship awards by Scholarships Administrators across campus as well as external scholarships, completes data entry for reporting purposes, provides customer service by answering phone calls and other responsibilities as needed. Approximately 70% of students at the University are awarded scholarships.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Experience/Licensure:
• Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills. Ability maintain professional while addressing problems and conflict resolution is crucial.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to organize, and multitask multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banner and Excel experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
