The Senior Payroll Analyst analyzes the payroll system and monitors the payroll process. Identifies opportunities to streamline activities and optimize performance. Creates and manages an extensive repository of database reports and queries to enable efficient reporting to both internal and external constituents. Performs statistical analysis on payroll data and maintains various payroll metrics. Assists the Fiscal Manager with special projects and other assignments of significant complexity. Manages research and data analysis and creates reports for upper management as well as internal and external auditors.
