Job Description:

This position is responsible for the imaging and maintenance of Student Financial Aid forms and documents. Facilitates correspondence with students, parents, and agencies for documents that are incomplete or do not align with the request.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:
•High School Diploma with at least 3-5 years of practical experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Proven track record of a strong customer focus.
•Ability to work independently, handle large volumes of work, and multitask with frequent interruptions.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Access).

Communication and other skills:
•Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner both in writing and verbally.
•Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•Able to resolve complex problems and determine viable solutions.
