As a box office and events coordinator, you will ensure customers receive exceptional service at every level. Daily, you will answer phone calls and emails, process transactions, and sell tickets via Tessitura, the ticketing system. In preparation for events, you will enter event details into the website and ticketing system for ticket sales, maintaining sales and holds in Tessitura. You will support the upkeep of audience-facing web pages to include venue and parking information, maps, and general content for the theater. As a director of SCADhome communities, you will oversee the development and implementation of the department's overall community development plan.
