As a designer, you’ll:

- Collaborate with senior designers on project planning and resource coordination, build relationships with internal departments and external partners, and participate in design critiques and internal reviews
- Support continuous improvement of design and documentation processes, and review drawings and project deliverables for accuracy and adherence to standards
Additionally, you’ll:
- Create and distribute punch lists for projects, events, and tours, and ensure compliance with applicable building codes, accessibility standards, and safety requirements
- Maintain design consistency with the organizational brand and standards, and ensure follow-through on building inspections and punch lists
