As a communications coach for SCADamp, the university’s professional presentation studio, you will prepare creatives to amplify their stories through verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication. To accomplish this, you will develop, promote, and conduct workshops, training, coaching, and professional development for students, alumni, faculty, and staff. You will ensure that their professional presentation skills are developed to skillfully articulate content to various audiences. Workshops will focus on interpersonal communication to enhance professional opportunities, along with other relevant topics. Responsibilities include regular classroom visits for observation, coaching, and feedback, one-on-one appointments, and collaboration with various departments to ensure success for both the university and its students. Additionally, you will train faculty and staff in professional communication to elevate their presentations and will use assessment tools to measure student progress. In this role, you will support university initiatives, including SCAD Days, the Faculty Teaching Success Program, and student orientations. Additionally, you will assist with externally offered SCADamp programs and track coaching data as needed. Responsibilities include accurate record maintenance for accreditation and institutional assessment purposes in support of the Quality Enhancement Plan. You will stay informed about research related to presentation and communication fields, refining your visual communication skills to enhance the team's overall efforts.

SCADPro Intern	Savannah
As an intern with SCADpro, the university’s boutique creative consultancy, you will research and implement best practices in case study development and strategic storytelling. Through your collaboration with the SCADpro team, you will change how the program showcases its more than 800 brand collaborations and create reusable case study templates that can be consistently applied across different project types and content levels. You will focus on crafting engaging narratives that convey students’ creative processes and highlight brand value to attract new partnerships. Responsibilities include the establishment of content capture protocols to document projects in real-time for future case studies and the transformation of existing project documentation into strategic formats that explain processes and value.
Account Lead	Savannah
As an account lead, you will develop, plan, and manage brand innovation partnerships while conducting thorough research on new markets to build connections for SCADpro, the university’s boutique creative consultancy. You will manage existing SCADpro partnerships and oversee the development of key partnerships for the department across all SCAD academic programs. Among other duties, you will provide logistical support to internal and external stakeholders and host meetings or tours for them. Responsibilities include the development, coordination, and delivery of professional presentations, as well as the implementation of SCADpro initiatives, with tracking of results. Additionally, you will manage student work studies and SCAD communications to produce print and digital collateral projects for SCADpro and facilitate training events that help the SCAD community understand department expectations and processes for successful partnerships.
