Employee Development Coordinator Savannah
As an employee development coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors to HR and provide a welcoming atmosphere. In this role you will collaborate with the assistant director of employee development to support projects that align learning and development solutions for faculty, staff, and other university leaders. This will involve assisting with the design, completion, and evaluation of training, workshops, and leadership programs, as well as coaching and mentorships. You will provide administrative and project support to the HR employee development and employee performance and success manager (EPSM) teams, including onboarding, offboarding, position updates, and record keeping. Administrative support will encompass calendar management, event coordination, onboarding/offboarding, record maintenance, project management tracking, and communication. Related responsibilities include tracking and processing employee exits, pay substitutions, and job description pulls.
Fitness and Wellness Coordinator Savannah
As a fitness and wellness coordinator, you will work under the supervision of the assistant director of fitness and wellness to oversee the daily operations of SCADfit, monitor the fitness center floor, and assist students with the development of fitness plans. You will serve as the head staff member while on duty, responsible for equipment organization, maintenance, and orders; enforcement of all policies and procedures; and supervision of the front desk.
