Part Time Professor, Business	Savannah
SCAD Savannah is seeking a highly motivated part-time professor of Business for Fall 2025. The ideal candidate will teach courses such as Foundations of Business, Economic Principles, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Management, inspiring and guiding exceptional students across SCAD’s diverse disciplines. The professor delivers courses at the highest quality, demonstrates model leadership, fosters a positive learning environment, fulfills departmental duties and contributes to the university’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. In addition to other duties and responsibilities required in the faculty handbook and the employment agreement, a professor teaches courses, as determined by contact hours, and in accordance with their credentials, university needs and a signed employment agreement. The university, in its sole discretion, may assign the professor to a teaching or non-teaching position as stipulated in the employment agreement. This job description does not change, modify or amend in any way the written, signed employment agreement between the professor and the university.
Architect, Director of Construction Operations	Savannah
Will oversee and be responsible for construction activities related to new construction, renovations, and various Capex projects. The Director will be responsible for ensuring quality deliverables, on-time and within budget. In addition, will assist the project team in value engineering and the pursuit of green initiatives.
HVAC Systems Superintendent	Atlanta
As the HVAC systems superintendent, you will train and supervise other HVAC staff, execute a comprehensive monthly and quarterly maintenance protocol for all HVAC systems for more than 1.1 million square feet in all university properties, and perform regular building assessments, identifying items that require repair. In this role you will be expected to identify items for capital planning with details and competitive pricing, inspect maintenance quality and progress to ensure conformance to specifications and standards, direct ongoing replacement and proper disposal of air filters, and delegate work orders. Responsibilities include ensuring employees in assigned work areas are in accordance with all SCAD safety procedures and requirements, ensuring all contract HVAC maintenance services are being performed to SCAD expectations and specifications, and coordinating with physical resources on all repairs that require assistance or impact other trades.
Math Coach	Savannah
SCAD Savannah seeks a highly motivated math coach to serve as an ambassador for and provide proactive and engaging academic support to all students through SCADextra, the university’s academic resources hub.
Safety Officer	Atlanta
Providing a safe learning environment for our students, staff and faculty is the core function of the SCAD Department of University Safety. Safety officers will work at various locations and roles throughout the Savannah and Atlanta campuses. Safety Officer positions include patrol officer and fixed post officer. In both of these roles, responsibilities include deterring undesirable behaviors, writing and inputting reports, conducting visual inspections of facilities, directing traffic, responding to radio calls as needed, calling in safety concerns, completing visual inspections and observing occurrences of areas being patrolled.
