Position Summary:

This position will provide crucial support for the football team and the day-to-day operations, which could include equipment and laundry management, video filming of games and practices, assisting in recruiting efforts and any other tasks assigned by the Head Coach.

Essential Functions:
Equipment and Laundry management:
-Retrieval and assembly of practice and game gear.
-Practice site set-ups.
-Room maintenance.
-Issue and layout of laundry.
-New equipment and package retrieval.

Video Filming:
-Practice and game video set-up.
-Practice and game filming.
-Post-practice and game uploading of film.
-Distributing film cut-ups to coaches.

Recruiting Assistant:
-Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management.
-Help organize and execute recruiting visits, camps, and other events.
-Assist with film analysis, scouting reports, and other evaluations of potential recruits.
-Understand and adhere to NCAA rules and regulations related to recruiting.
-Track and analyze prospect social media activity.
-Assist with gameday operations and recruiting activities.

Required Qualifications:
-Must be a current Washburn University student.


Physical Requirements:
-Must be punctual and finish tasks as assigned.
