Student Wellness Program Assistant (FWS) Topeka
The Student Wellness Program Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations and organization of the WU-Moves Community Wellness Program. This person will help low-income clients develop and maintain healthy wellness behaviors. The Wellness Assistant should have excellent communication and customer service skills, familiarity with health screenings, knowledge of nutrition, exercise prescription, cultural awareness, and behavior change.

Gallery Assistants welcome visitors into the Mulvane Art Museum, address questions, and create a comfortable environment that encourages learning and enjoyment. Gallery Assistants will also help keep the museum secure and its spaces cared for. They support senior staff members on museum projects, programs, and initiatives.

Student Ambassador - The Intersection Topeka
Washburn University's The Intersection is currently seeking students to staff and assist with special projects at the Intersection for the 2025-2026 academic year. The Student Ambassador position is intended to build culturally relevant peer-to-peer empowerment through equitable and justice-minded student support services. The program curriculum provides student ambassadors with skills to develop and complete projects for the space. Mandatory training and seminars will include the theoretical foundations in social justice and anti-racism as well as practical skills for program coordination, facilitation, personal and academic success.
Intramural Sports Official Topeka
Intramural officials are responsible for officiating and scorekeeping Intramural contests. Intramural events that require officials are flag football, volleyball, outdoor soccer, basketball, indoor soccer, and softball.  Additionally, this position is responsible for the daily operations of the Rock Wall facilities. Student staff ensures the safety of participants, maintenance of equipment, and records of climbers at the rock wall.
