The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting Washburn Athletics’ ticketing and sales efforts, enhancing customer service operations, and contributing to the development of corporate sponsorships. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Graduate Assistant for Ticketing and Sales will assist with all aspects of ticket operations and revenue generation, helping to elevate the fan experience and drive engagement within the highly competitive Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA), the premier conference in NCAA Division II.
This position is ideal for a graduate student pursuing a career in sports management, sales, or athletic administration. |

The Student Success Coach coaches a defined, consistent group of at-risk students, especially students who are First-Year, First-Generation, Low-Income, underrepresented, academically under-prepared, and/or on Academic Warning or Probation. The Student Success Coach is part of a new advising model where Coaches are integrally involved with all facets of a student's academic, personal, and future success. The Coach will regularly interact with students to support them as they identify and reach educational goals, develop study skills and life skills, and overcome challenges to realize their personal potential.
The hours for this position are 10am-7pm M-R and 8am-5pm on F to support evening student success operations. |
