The School of Information Security & Applied Computing (SISAC) within the GameAbove College of Engineering and Technology at Eastern Michigan University invites applications for Part-Time Lecturer positions in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses that align with the SISAC curriculum goals and objectives; develop and maintain curriculum that supports the mission of the school, the university, and the broader community.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in information security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Industry or teaching experience in IT/Cybersecurity. The successful candidate must possess effective communication skills and demonstrate a passion for teaching, with evidence of, or potential for, delivering high-quality instruction in Information Security, Information Technology, and Applied Computing disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to the candidate who has experience in one or more of the following areas:

Special Instructions:
This is a part-time position offering competitive compensation. The selected candidate will join the SISAC adjunct pool and may be called upon to teach on a semester-by-semester basis as needed.
