PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for tutoring, working with students on learning strategies, and other activities supporting student learning and student retention in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work 10 hours per week (50% graduate assistantship) or 20 hours per week (100% graduate assistantship) is required.
An earned Bachelor's degree is required.
Application to either the M.S. in Mathematics program or the M.S. in Applied Statistics program is required.
Enrollment in at least 6 graduate credits during the Fall 2025 semester and 6 graduate credits during the Winter 2026 semester in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Tutoring experience is helpful.
