| This position is in the Division of Facilities Management & Safety. The architect administrates capital construction projects across the main campus and at regional campuses. The Capital Construction Project Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of user groups are clearly communicated to design professionals and that projects are designed to efficiently and effectively implement desired programs. That construction is accomplished timely and within budget. The position will oversee the administration of projects from initial planning, programming, and budgeting through the warranty period. |

| EKU Conferencing & Events which is located within the Division of Student Success, Engagement, and Opportunity provides graduate students with an assistantship appointment that encompasses professional service, research and leadership in the field of conference and event planning. The Graduate Assistantship provides opportunities for an in-depth learning of collegiate conference and event planning and programming to meet the needs of campus faculty, staff, and students as well as external constituents. The GA will communicate and engage with academic colleges, departments, administrative or service areas, and external constituents daily, to centralize and streamline logistics of simple or multi-dimensional conferences and events. The GA will function as a planner and programmer while communicating and collaborating with internal units on campus, external constituents, and internal areas who partner with external companies and organizations in hosting a conference or event on campus |
